Honey is a good moisturizer and since my hair is a bit dry right now, I thought of giving this a try.
TIGI Catwalk Oatmeal & Honey Conditoner helps repair chemically treated or damaged hair with soy and wheat protein while enhancing moisture and shine. I didn't get the shampoo because I can't find it at the store where I got this.
Since I don't have the matching shampoo for this, I use this conditioner as a deep conditioner instead. I'd use this after shampooing my hair. Then I'll leave it on for about 3 minutes before rinsing it out.
The honey and oatmeal really does good to my hair. After just once use, I immediately notice how soft my hair has become. I know it's good because my hair dries faster after I used this. It really did improved the texture of my hair, making it softer and more manageable. With continue use, I noticed it also made my hair shinier. Although it's very moisturizing, it didn't made my hair greasy at all.
The only thing I don't like about this conditioner is the smell. It has a very strong honey smell. It just smells too sweet for me. The smell is like a mix of honey and vanilla. I'm relieved that the sweet honey smell does not linger on my hair when I got it dry. I was worried I might attract some bees, just kidding.
The bottle does make it a bit hard to squeeze out the conditioner, especially once you're midway through it. Because this conditioner is very creamy, the cream won't fall to the top right away when you turn it over to use it. I had to leave it upside down in my shower shelf so I won't have to wait a long time to squeeze it out.
