Equate Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover

This product is Walmart's Equate dupe of the Neutrogena Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover.
This eye make-up remover works really well. I apply it only a cotton ball or pad and let it sit on my eye for a couple of seconds before I gently wipe away the eyeliner and mascara. I find the mascara is easier to remove if you let the makeup remover soak on your eye for a couple of seconds.
This product is great! It's cheap and removes eye makeup very good.
The bottle originally comes in a brown cap to look exactly like the Neutrogena one. I found a flip top cap that fits perfectly onto the bottle so I changed the cap.
