Zoya in Chloe is from the Zoya Fleck Collection. It's a fun flake glitter topcoat that can be layered over any shade to create a fascinating 3D effect.
The shade can be best described as a sheer pink base with reflective flakes that shifts from pink to gold.
I layered Chloe here in Sally Hansen Insta-Dri in Petal Pusher. I applied only 2 coats for a subtle glitter effect on my nude polish.
