Sephora Rouge Cream Lipstick in Charmer R19

On the Sephora website, they describe this shade - Sephora Rouge Cream Lipstick in Charmer #19 as a warm toffee color.
The lipstick is very creamy. There is no shimmer or shine, it's opaque and matte. It's very pigmented. It feels dry when applied alone so I always use a lip balm beforehand.
The shade is a bit darker than my natural lip color. I feel that it enhances my natural lip shade by giving it a warm reddish tint.
